At the same time a motorcycle helmet comes with a visor which should help to protect you against wind and/or debris blowing up into your face from the road while still allowing you to see where you are going. Good helmets will furthermore be designed to allow some air to get inside so as to provide 'ventilation' and prevent you from becoming stuffy or finding it hard to breath. The final element of a good helmet is the way its sealed which will allow you to fasten it to your head and keep it there while driving.
